The records clerk keeps the official documentation of an unmanned systems brigade and its subunits in order: drafts orders, reports and internal memos, registers correspondence, maintains the archive and databases and prepares reports for the command. This is office work at a computer that calls for good writing, attention to detail and the ability to handle many documents.
Responsibilities
- keeping the official documentation of the brigade and its subunits;
- drafting orders, reports and internal memos;
- registering incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- recording, storing and handing over documents according to the rules;
- organizing the archive and overseeing the brigade's document flow;
- preparing reports and maintaining the unit's databases.
Requirements
- experience with documentation or in administrative work;
- confident computer skills: MS Office, Word, Excel, Google Docs;
- excellent command of Ukrainian;
- attention to detail and responsibility for results;
- ability to handle large volumes of information;
- knowledge of office record-keeping, archiving and military paperwork is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, subject to the commander's approval;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, gear and necessary equipment provided;
