The assistant head of the close combat and reconnaissance equipment service keeps the records and reports for the service's property: reconciles accounting data with the units, submits requests for supplies, arranges equipment maintenance and sends faulty items for repair in time. This is document-based work within the support services of the unmanned systems center.
Responsibilities
- keeping records and preparing reports in the prescribed format;
- quarterly reconciliation of accounting data with the units;
- arranging maintenance and repair of military equipment;
- sending faulty equipment for repair in time;
- submitting requests for supplies needed for tasks;
- checking that operating documentation is kept for the service's inventory.
Requirements
- higher education;
- military service experience in logistics services;
- knowledge of the design and operating rules of the service's equipment;
- confident use of Excel and Word;
- attention to detail, responsibility and willingness to learn;
- experience automating document workflows is an advantage.
Conditions
- officer position; service under contract or through mobilization, or transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided, insurance and free medical care;
- annual paid leave plus 10 days of additional leave for family reasons;
- statutory benefits and social guarantees.
