Spotter (UAV Operator Assistant and Technician)

The spotter works alongside the UAV operator and is responsible for the crew's munitions: prepares them for drop according to the task, loads them onto the drones and checks each item before the flight. This is hands-on work with explosive items in the field that demands strict adherence to safety rules and continuous training in ordnance handling.
Responsibilities
- preparing munitions for drop from drones according to the task;
- loading the prepared munitions onto the drones;
- refining and improving the design of drop munitions;
- checking that each item is serviceable before the crew's flight;
- following safety rules when storing and carrying munitions;
- continuous training in ordnance handling and improving personal skills.
Requirements
- experience working with equipment and technology;
- physical readiness for work in the field;
- emotional resilience and the ability to work with hazardous items with full concentration;
- understanding of what active combat involves and readiness to work in it;
- higher education in physics or chemistry is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 50,000 to UAH 120,000;
- full uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and 10 days of additional leave for family reasons;
- insurance, free medical care and statutory social guarantees.
