An administrative assistant is a service member responsible for maintaining and safeguarding official documentation, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, preparing reports, and working with electronic databases within the unit.
Responsibilities
- maintaining, recording, and safeguarding documentation in accordance with legislation;
- timely preparation of official documents according to the records classification;
- keeping logs of incoming and outgoing documents;
- preparing reports for the command;
- working with electronic databases;
- cooperating with other units to obtain necessary information.
Requirements
- higher education;
- confident PC user (Word, Excel);
- strong command of Ukrainian business language;
- age 21+;
- medical fitness for military service;
- self-discipline, responsibility, stress resilience.
Conditions
- mobilization until the end of the period of martial law or service under a contract;
- monthly remuneration from 20,000 to 120,000 UAH depending on the performance of assigned tasks and orders;
- guaranteed assignment specifically to the relevant unit;
- provision of personal protective equipment and military property;
- annual leave in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
