The project manager takes the unit's specialized projects from brief to result: draws up the plan, coordinates the people involved, keeps in touch with stakeholders, runs meetings and records the decisions taken. This is computer-based work within the unmanned systems center, with reporting tables and presentations for the command.
Responsibilities
- developing project plans based on the brief received;
- coordinating work on current specialized projects;
- regular communication with project stakeholders;
- running project meetings and recording the decisions taken;
- building reporting tables for the project areas;
- digitizing data and preparing presentations for the command.
Requirements
- higher education and proven experience in project management;
- work experience in IT or in manufacturing;
- confident use of Jira, Notion, Figma, Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- understanding of Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall principles;
- ability to build project processes in a fast-changing environment;
- English at B2 level or higher;
- experience using artificial intelligence tools is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 50,000;
- office-type service; uniform, equipment and meals provided;

- annual paid leave plus 10 days of additional leave for family reasons;
- professional development.
