The social media manager runs the unit's official pages on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Threads and speaks with the audience on its behalf: publishes content, answers comments and messages, and keeps the community active. The work is done in a communications team with a videographer, a copywriter and a designer; part of the content supports recruitment and fundraising.
Responsibilities
- running and moderating the unit's pages on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Threads;
- publishing content and keeping the community active;
- answering comments and messages from the audience;
- taking part in developing and scheduling the content plan;
- coordinating work with the videographer, copywriter and designer;
- adapting content to the formats and audience of each platform;
- taking part in recruitment and fundraising information campaigns.
Requirements
- higher education in communications, media or marketing;
- experience as a social media manager and in administering social media accounts;
- confident use of Jira, Notion, Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- understanding of project management approaches: Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall;
- proactive attitude, organization, attention to detail and resilience under pressure;
- experience with Meta and TikTok ad managers and with ChatGPT is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided, plus insurance and free medical care;
- annual paid leave and 10 additional days of leave for family reasons;
- professional development in the field of the position.
