The social media recruiter runs the recruitment pages of an unmanned systems brigade, where most candidates first learn about service. Prepares posts about vacancies and conditions, answers questions in comments and direct messages, advises those interested and brings them to an interview. Written, computer-based work with many conversations running at once.
Responsibilities
- running the brigade's recruitment pages on social media;
- preparing and publishing content about vacancies and service in the unit;
- corresponding with candidates on social media about recruitment;
- initial advice on vacancies and terms of service;
- moderating comments and replying to followers' enquiries;
- keeping records of enquiries and the outcome of each conversation.
Requirements
- experience in recruitment or social media management;
- excellent written Ukrainian;
- ability to correspond with a large number of people at the same time;
- understanding of how popular social media algorithms work;
- responsibility, independence and attention to detail.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees;
- psychological support within the unit.
