A Reconnaissance Scout is a service member responsible for conducting reconnaissance and area observation in combat zones, collecting and analyzing intelligence information, using modern equipment, and participating in reconnaissance operations in support of command decisions.
Responsibilities
- conducting reconnaissance and route reconnaissance in combat areas;
- collecting, analyzing, and transmitting intelligence information to command;
- performing observation and area monitoring tasks;
- using modern equipment during missions such as drones, night-vision devices, and thermal imagers;
- organizing and conducting reconnaissance operations.
Requirements
- age 18+;
- medical and psychological fitness for military service;
- physical endurance;
- no medical contraindications to military service;
- willingness to learn and develop continuously;
- discipline and a strong sense of responsibility.
Conditions
- mobilization until the end of the period of martial law or service under a contract;
- monthly remuneration from 20,000 to 120,000 UAH depending on assigned combat tasks and orders;
- guaranteed assignment specifically to the relevant unit;
- provision of personal protective equipment and military property;
- annual leave in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
