An Intelligence Team Lead manages a team responsible for collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to support planning and decision-making. The role includes coordinating intelligence activities, preparing briefings for leadership, working with maps and terrain data, and overseeing the training of team members.
Responsibilities
- organize continuous collection, processing, analysis, and consolidation of information on the adversary, equipment, terrain, and likely directions of action;
- plan, coordinate, and conduct intelligence activities and missions;
- prepare consolidated updates and summaries for leadership;
- maintain team readiness and execute assigned tasks in coordination with staff elements;
- coordinate information exchange with other units and services;
- maintain intelligence and service documentation, and work with maps and terrain products;
- train team members and oversee their professional and mission-specific readiness.
Requirements
- prior experience in an intelligence role or a similar position will be an advantage;
- knowledge of intelligence methods and techniques, organizational skills, and ability to work with relevant equipment;
- confident computer skills and readiness to use digital tools for information processing;
- leadership qualities, responsibility, attention to detail, and discipline.
Conditions
- military service under contract or within a mobilization framework;
- transfer options for currently serving personnel subject to command approval;
- provision of required equipment and service gear;
- training and preparation before starting duties in the role;
- annual leave in line with Ukrainian law;
- service within an unmanned systems unit.
