
Intelligence Section Staff Sergeant
The intelligence section staff sergeant organises the daily work of the scouts who conduct surveillance with unmanned systems: assigns tasks, oversees the collection and processing of data on the enemy and its delivery to the command. Is responsible for the skills of the section's personnel and for keeping its reconnaissance equipment, radios and gear in working order.
Responsibilities
- organising reconnaissance using unmanned systems;
- coordinating the section's work during data collection and analysis;
- making sure intelligence reaches the command accurately and promptly;
- carrying out combat tasks as part of the unit;
- maintaining and developing the skills of the section's personnel;
- checking that reconnaissance equipment, radios and gear are in working order.
Requirements
- at least a year of military service, preferably in reconnaissance;
- discipline and composure under stress;
- teamwork and quick decision-making;
- willingness to learn unmanned technologies;
- no formal education requirement.
Conditions
- sergeant position: service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 25,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees;
- work with unmanned systems and training in their use.
