A Signals Intelligence Specialist (SIGINT Operator) is a service member responsible for monitoring and analyzing the radio-frequency spectrum, working with dedicated equipment to detect adversary activity, and providing intelligence support to military units.
Responsibilities
- monitoring and analyzing the radio-frequency spectrum;
- testing equipment and measuring its technical characteristics;
- developing new SIGINT methods, approaches, and strategies;
- cooperating with other units to ensure effective electronic reconnaissance.
Requirements
- understanding of radio-electronic systems and their operating principles;
- technical education in radio engineering or practical experience in related fields is an advantage;
- strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- ability to make rapid decisions in stressful situations;
- previous military experience in SIGINT is an advantage;
- willingness to learn and develop;
- ability to work effectively in a team.
Conditions
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract military service;
- possibility of transfer for current service members;
- eligibility for candidates deemed fit by the military medical board for service in support units, recruitment centers, military educational institutions, or training centers;
- salary from 20,000 to 120,000 UAH depending on service conditions;
- guaranteed annual leave of 30 calendar days plus an additional 10 days for family reasons;
