A Supply Sergeant manages inventory accounting, storage, and issuance of unit property and maintains related documentation and reporting. The role supports the unit’s day-to-day supply needs, including equipment, property, and food supply coordination.
Responsibilities
- organize inventory accounting, storage, and issuance of unit supplies;
- maintain documentation and prepare supply reporting;
- coordinate provision of required supplies, including equipment, property, and food.
Requirements
- prior service or experience in inventory accounting or supply management will be an advantage;
- basic skills in documentation handling and inventory tracking;
- attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping;
- organization, integrity, responsibility, strong communication skills, and stress tolerance.
Conditions
- military service under contract or within a mobilization framework;
- transfer options for currently serving personnel subject to command approval;
- provision of required equipment and service gear;
- training and preparation before starting duties in the role;
- annual leave in accordance with Ukrainian law;
- service within an unmanned systems unit.
