Supply Sergeant

The supply sergeant makes sure the cadets and personnel of the training center are clothed and supplied according to the established norms. Receives and issues supplies to units, keeps the records, monitors storage conditions in the warehouse, takes part in inventories and orders replenishment of stocks. Office and warehouse work with documents and property.
Responsibilities
- receiving, accepting and issuing supplies to units;
- providing personnel with uniforms and other property according to norms;
- keeping property records and primary accounting documents;
- monitoring storage conditions and shelf life of property in the warehouse;
- preparing requests for replenishment of stocks;
- taking part in inventories and write-offs of supplies.
Requirements
- knowledge of the requirements for recording and safekeeping supplies;
- confident work with a computer and office software;
- organization and responsibility;
- communication skills and teamwork.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, subject to the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniforms, meals and necessary equipment provided;
- annual paid leave and social guarantees under the law.
