The Recruiter at the 1st Separate Center of Unmanned Systems plays a key role in building a team of professionals for the "technological special forces" unit. The position involves the full candidate engagement cycle: from active sourcing and conducting recruitment campaigns to providing full support for future service members at all stages of joining the Unmanned Systems Forces.
Responsibilities
- perform personnel sourcing according to defined unit needs;
- participate in recruitment campaigns and activities to attract new candidates;
- support candidates through all stages of joining the military unit;
- work with the CRM system and maintain candidate records in the database;
- analyze performance results and provide proposals to improve workflow processes.
Requirements
- higher education degree;
- 1+ years of military service experience as a recruiter within a military unit;
- proficient PC user (Word, Excel), experience with CRM or ATS systems is preferred;
- skills in conducting interviews and candidate assessment;
- experience in organizing recruitment and outreach events;
- analytical skills and experience in report preparation.
Conditions
- direct mobilization to the military unit bypassing TCR with support at all mobilization stages;
- possibility of transfer for currently serving personnel;
- the position carries an NCO (sergeant) or officer rank;
- current service location in the Dnipropetrovsk region;
- average monthly financial compensation approximately 50,000 UAH;
- service in staff/office conditions with periodic business trips;
