The 6th Recruitment Center of the Unmanned Systems Forces is seeking a Recruiter with mandatory military service experience and an analytical mindset. The role involves the full cycle of application processing and candidate support, conducting interviews, reporting, and participating in public outreach events. This position is focused on classic office environment work, where clear communication, respect for deadlines, and process transparency are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- analyze and process incoming applications to the Unmanned Systems Forces;
- guide and support candidates through all stages of joining the unit;
- manage correspondence, conduct phone calls, and hold initial interviews;
- participate in events involving public institutions and public recruitment activities;
- maintain and complete internal tracking reports in a timely manner.
Requirements
- mandatory prior military service experience;
- minimum age: 21 years old;
- education: secondary, specialized secondary, or higher education;
- fluent proficiency in Ukrainian;
- confident PC user with high proficiency in office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- ability to express opinions and communicate information clearly, concisely, and effectively to diverse audiences;
- high motivation, strong task prioritization skills, and strict adherence to deadlines;
- fitness for military service based on health status and moral-psychological qualities;
- prior experience in HR or recruitment agencies is an advantage.
Conditions
- mobilization until the end of martial law or service under contract;
- possibility of transfer for currently serving military personnel subject to approval by their immediate commander;
- service opportunities for candidates found fit by the Military Medical Commission (MMC/VLK) for service in support units, TCRs, military universities, or training centers;
- financial compensation in accordance with current national legislation;
- annual wellness benefit of 20,000 UAH;
- guaranteed annual basic leave and an additional 10 days of leave for family reasons;
