The recruiter is responsible for identifying, screening, and communicating with candidates for various positions within the unit. The role involves managing vacancies, conducting interviews, supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process, and coordinating hiring activities.
Responsibilities
- identify and screen candidates for various positions;
- communicate with candidates through messages, calls, and interviews;
- review job applications and select relevant resumes for further consideration;
- respond promptly to candidate inquiries and organize follow-up communication;
- maintain feedback with candidates throughout the recruitment process;
- manage vacancies from publication to candidate placement;
- publish job postings and support recruitment communication activities;
- assist candidates during onboarding or transfer procedures;
- maintain recruitment records and reports.
Requirements
- higher education is an advantage;
- confident computer skills and ability to work with office software;
- experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or contact center work is an advantage;
- strong communication skills and fluency in Ukrainian;
- ability to work with large volumes of information;
- self-discipline, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
Conditions
- military service under mobilization or contract;
- financial compensation according to service conditions and national legislation;
- provision of equipment and resources required to perform duties;
- annual leave and social guarantees in accordance with national legislation;
- role-specific preparation after completion of basic military training.
