Training Group Instructor

The training group instructor is responsible for organizing the educational process and professional training of personnel. The role involves conducting classes in military disciplines, monitoring the knowledge and skill levels of service members, and ensuring safety during training.
Responsibilities
- plan and conduct classes in tactics, firearms training, and other military disciplines;
- develop and implement training programs and instructional materials;
- evaluate the knowledge and practical skills of personnel;
- monitor compliance with safety measures and discipline during training;
- maintain documentation for tracking training results and performance;
- prepare and maintain training facilities and equipment.
Requirements
- military service experience (experience in infantry units is preferred);
- deep understanding of military training and instruction methods;
- ability to explain instructional material clearly and effectively;
- high level of self-organization and responsibility;
- fitness for military service for health reasons.
Conditions
- military service under mobilization or contract;
- possibility of transfer for currently serving personnel subject to approval;
- financial compensation according to service conditions and national legislation;
- provision of equipment and materials required to perform duties;
- annual leave and social guarantees in accordance with national legislation.
