The documentation specialist runs the paperwork of an unmanned systems regiment: receives, registers and keeps track of incoming and outgoing documents, prepares reports on the unit's activities and passes them on to other bodies of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is office work at a computer with a large volume of official papers, some of which are restricted.
Responsibilities
- keeping the unit's official records;
- registering and tracking incoming and outgoing documents;
- preparing reports on the unit's areas of activity;
- correspondence and document approval with other bodies of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- organizing documents and preparing files for archiving;
- following the rules for handling restricted documents.
Requirements
- experience with record-keeping and documentation;
- confident use of MS Office or LibreOffice;
- skills with office equipment;
- fluent spoken and written Ukrainian;
- attention to detail, punctuality and discretion with official information;
- readiness to work beyond the normal daily schedule when a task requires it.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, subject to the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- office-type service; uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
