The medical instructor of the aid post trains personnel in military medical skills and provides pre-hospital care. A separate part of the job is keeping records of sick servicemembers and medical documentation. Results depend on medical training, attention to detail and resilience under stress.
Responsibilities
- providing pre-hospital medical care;
- conducting military medical training for personnel;
- keeping records of sick servicemembers;
- keeping medical documentation and records;
- following safety rules and established instructions.
Requirements
- medical education and training at medical instructor level;
- higher education;
- experience in the medical field;
- knowledge of clinical protocols and treatment methods;
- military service experience;
- attention to detail and responsibility;
- stress resistance and the ability to work in a team.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- provision of uniform and meals;
- annual paid leave, social package and benefits provided by law.
