Medical Support Specialist

This role provides immediate first aid in field environments, helps keep a unit medically prepared, and supports casualty evacuation to medical points. The position also includes training personnel in basic first-aid routines and tactical medicine fundamentals, ensuring consistent skills across the team.
Responsibilities
- Provide immediate first aid in field and operational conditions.
- Organize and coordinate casualty evacuation to medical points and communicate essential patient information to medical professionals.
- Deliver training and briefings on first aid and tactical medicine basics.
- Maintain medical readiness: check first-aid kits and medical supplies, prepare medical kits for specific tasks.
- Coordinate with doctors and medical services to ensure timely and appropriate care.
Requirements
- Medical education or hands-on experience in emergency/medical support (paramedic/medic/field medic experience is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of tactical medicine, or willingness to complete training.
- Physical endurance and readiness to work in field conditions.
- Ability to act quickly under pressure; strong stress resilience and decision-making in critical situations.
- Teamwork skills and a disciplined approach to safety and standard procedures.
Conditions
- Military service under contract or mobilization, in accordance with applicable law.
- Compensation in line with official regulations, plus additional allowances where applicable based on duties and assignments.
