Drone Crew Sapper

The drone crew sapper prepares munitions and strike payloads for use from a drone and is responsible for safe handling of explosive items. Works as part of a crew together with the UAV operator and the commander, in field conditions that demand self-control and precision.
Responsibilities
- preparing, equipping and checking munitions for combat tasks;
- preparing strike payloads for mounting on a UAV according to the assigned tasks;
- checking that mounting systems and release mechanisms work properly;
- following safety requirements when handling engineering munitions, explosives and other explosive items;
- recording, storing and transporting munitions according to the established standards;
- coordinating with the UAV operator, the crew commander and adjacent units;
- taking part in the maintenance of the crew's equipment.
Requirements
- responsibility, discipline and attention to detail;
- a high level of self-control and the ability to work under heightened responsibility;
- readiness for technical work and willingness to learn new skills;
- physical endurance and readiness to work in field conditions;
- ability to work in a team and carry out assigned tasks precisely;
- service experience or sapper training is an advantage but not required.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 50,000 to UAH 120,000;
- annual paid leave and additional rest days;
- social benefits and guarantees provided by law.
