Responsibilities
- Maintaining proper condition of facilities and surrounding areas;
- Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs;
- Monitoring condition of utility and household systems;
- Managing inventory and use of facility property;
- Supporting procurement and supply tasks;
- Following safety and operating requirements.
Requirements
- Basic facility maintenance and technical skills;
- Ability to work with tools and equipment;
- Organized and responsible work approach;
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently;
- Willingness to learn and follow established standards.
