A ground crew operator is responsible for providing technical and operational support to a UAV crew during mission preparation and execution. The role includes preparing the UAV, checking its condition, assisting during launch and landing, and handling equipment and payloads. The primary focus is aircraft readiness, operational safety, and effective crew coordination.
Responsibilities
- Preparing the UAV for missions, including charging, inspection, and equipment setup;
- Checking the technical condition of the UAV before and after operations;
- Assisting the pilot during UAV launch and landing;
- Transporting the crew and equipment to and between positions;
- Handling payloads and preparing the UAV according to mission tasks;
- Following safety rules and established procedures.
Requirements

- Basic technical skills or readiness to undergo training;
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions;
