The radio host runs the brigade's on-air broadcasts: writes scripts and lead-ins, voices news and announcements, and interviews service members and invited experts in the studio. The work is live, as part of a media team alongside editors and sound engineers, under a steady flow of information and tight timing.
Responsibilities
- hosting live broadcasts, themed programs and news segments;
- writing scripts, lead-ins and running orders for on-air material;
- voicing news, announcements, public-service and recruitment messages;
- interviewing service members, experts and studio guests;
- taking part in producing audio content for social media, podcasts and digital platforms;
- working with editors, sound engineers and the unit's media team.
Requirements
- fluent, correct Ukrainian and clear diction;
- confidence on live air and quick reaction to changes;
- ability to write scripts and lead-ins for audio formats;
- resilience under a heavy information load;
- experience in radio, media or public communications would be an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with their immediate commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 50,000;
- office-type service in the studio and media team;
- housing and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
