Reconnaissance Imagery Analyst

The reconnaissance imagery analyst reviews photo and video from drone reconnaissance flights: identifies enemy vehicles, shelters and movements, plots the findings in situational awareness systems and prepares reports. This is computer-based work within an intelligence team, where the speed and accuracy of analysis decide whether the unit can act on a target in time.
Responsibilities
- analyzing and interpreting reconnaissance video from drones;
- finding and identifying enemy targets in imagery;
- processing photo and video material from previous flights;
- plotting detected objects in situational awareness systems;
- working with the unit's specialized software;
- preparing reports and briefings based on the analysis.
Requirements
- analytical thinking and strong logic;
- confident computer skills;
- attention to detail and thoroughness when processing material;
- ability to learn quickly;
- drone training courses are an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, subject to the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- personal protective equipment provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees;
