The head of the digital development group leads a team that introduces digital solutions and automates processes in the brigade, and as deputy chief of staff prepares data-based proposals for the commander. The work requires constant coordination with headquarters services.
Responsibilities
- organizing the group's work and assigning its tasks;
- monitoring how the group carries out its tasks;
- drawing up the digital development plan for the unit;
- implementing the plan and automating processes across the unit;
- preparing reports and data analytics;
- giving the commander proposals for management decisions;
- liaising with headquarters services (personnel, logistics, armament) to identify processes that need digitalization.
Requirements
- experience in implementing IT systems, automating business processes (ERP, CRM) and managing IT infrastructure;
- understanding of the architecture and operation of specialized Armed Forces of Ukraine software, such as Delta, SAP and Oberih;
- basic knowledge of building local and protected networks, VPN operation, satellite communication (Starlink) and radio communication;
- knowledge of information protection standards, encryption methods and countering cyber threats;
- skills in working with electronic document management systems and keeping official documentation.
Conditions
- service under contract or by mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- service members are provided with uniform and meals;
- annual paid leave;
- social guarantees provided by law.
