Finance Officer

The finance officer keeps the brigade's finances in order: plans the unit's budget, tracks how it is spent, keeps the accounts and prepares reports on time, assesses financial risks and looks for ways to cut costs. Leads a small finance team and works closely with the brigade's other support services.
Responsibilities
- planning the unit's budget and developing its financial strategy;
- monitoring budget execution and analyzing financial results;
- keeping management, accounting and tax records;
- assessing financial risks and optimizing expenses;
- preparing financial reports on schedule;
- leading the finance team and working with related units.
Requirements
- higher education in economics or finance;
- experience in a management position in finance;
- knowledge of international financial reporting standards, tax law and management accounting;
- experience with financial systems and budget modeling;
- analytical and strategic thinking, leadership qualities.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, subject to the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- personal protective equipment and necessary gear provided;
