The brigade intelligence section officer collects information about the enemy from various sources, cross-checks it and consolidates it into brigade-level analysis that the command relies on for its decisions. Plans intelligence activities by area, assigns tasks and prepares analytical briefs. The work calls for structured thinking and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- collecting, verifying and processing intelligence data from various sources;
- building the brigade-level analytical picture of the enemy;
- preparing analytical briefs and reports for the command;
- planning intelligence activities and assigning tasks to those carrying them out;
- liaising with other units while tasks are being carried out;
- organising and keeping records of the intelligence obtained.
Requirements
- higher education;
- ability to present ideas in writing in a logical, structured way;
- experience in preparing analytical briefs;
- analytical mindset and attention to detail;
- discipline and respect for the chain of command.
Conditions
- officer position; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, otherwise service under contract or through mobilization;
- monthly pay from UAH 26,000 to UAH 126,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided, plus military service benefits;
- annual paid leave, additional leave and statutory social guarantees.
