
Power Systems Electrical Installer

The power systems electrical installer builds the power networks of the unit's new facilities: from power lines and wiring to switchboard equipment and commissioning. The work follows national electrical installation regulations, wiring diagrams and project documentation; every installation is followed by insulation, continuity and phase checks.
Responsibilities
- installing power lines, wiring and switchboard equipment up to 1000 V;
- working with networks up to 10 kV where the appropriate authorization is held;
- laying cable routes and working with cables of various cross-sections;
- installing and connecting switchboards, circuit breakers, residual current devices and grounding;
- reading electrical diagrams, drawings and project documentation;
- measuring and checking insulation, continuity and phasing after installation;
- commissioning work and taking part in putting facilities into operation.
Requirements
- experience as an electrician or electrical installer;
- vocational education or qualification as an electrician;
- knowledge of electrical installation regulations, electrical equipment operating rules and occupational safety;
- skills in working with power equipment, transformers and switchboards;
- ability to read single-line and wiring diagrams;
- ability to work with tools, including a rotary hammer.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- service in the rear, outside the combat zone;
- housing and meals provided, along with uniform and equipment;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
