Heavy Bomber Drone Pilot Assistant

The heavy bomber drone pilot assistant readies the aircraft for every flight: loads its payload, checks the release system, charges and inspects the batteries. Sets up the field position together with the crew and, once the task is done, packs it up and moves the equipment. This is fieldwork at a distance from the front line, under the pilot's direction.
Responsibilities
- loading the aircraft with its payload before flight;
- checking that the release system is working;
- preparing and checking the drone and batteries for flight;
- helping to set up and deploy the field position;
- working as part of a crew at a distance from the front line;
- packing up the position and moving equipment after the task.
Requirements
- readiness for field conditions as part of a drone crew;
- physical stamina;
- readiness to pick up new skills quickly;
- attentiveness when handling munitions;
- experience with drone munitions and combat experience are an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with their commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- personal protective equipment and gear provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees;
