
Head of Electronic Warfare Repair Workshop

The head of the electronic warfare repair workshop makes sure the brigade's electronic warfare equipment returns to positions in working order. Assigns tasks to technicians and sets repair priorities, personally checks repaired equipment, tracks changes in the frequencies used by enemy drones and keeps the workshop supplied with spare parts.
Responsibilities
- setting repair priorities and assigning tasks to technicians;
- final inspection of repaired equipment before it is sent back to positions;
- tracking new frequencies used by enemy drones and organizing bulk reflashing of modules;
- sourcing and ordering scarce spare parts, antennas, solder, flux and cables;
- liaising with design bureaus and manufacturers about defects found in new equipment;
- raising the skill level of the technicians under supervision.
Requirements
- experience repairing radio-electronic equipment or power electronics;
- understanding of how electronic warfare equipment and the radio spectrum work;
- ability to plan the workshop's work and manage subordinates;
- skills with measuring instruments and technical documentation.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, subject to the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided in full;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
