The head of the civil-military cooperation group builds working relations between units, local authorities, communities and residents, and coordinates humanitarian aid. The work combines organizational tasks, communication with officials and community representatives, and reporting on the group's activity.
Responsibilities
- organizing cooperation between units and local authorities;
- organizing cooperation between units and communities and local residents;
- coordinating humanitarian initiatives and aid to residents in the unit's area of responsibility;
- taking part in planning and carrying out civil-military cooperation activities;
- preparing reports and information materials on the group's activity.
Requirements
- familiarity with international humanitarian law;
- knowledge of Ukrainian laws on the legal status of the civilian population and of servicemembers;
- ability to organize evacuation promptly;
- ability to promptly set up humanitarian headquarters and organize aid logistics.
Conditions
- service under contract or by mobilization; transfer is available to those already serving;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- provision of uniform, equipment and meals;
- statutory social guarantees and annual paid leave.
