Head of Command Post

The head of the command post is responsible for setting up and keeping running the post from which the headquarters directs its units. Ensures concealment and protection of workplaces and, when needed, quickly packs up and redeploys the post to a new site. The role is command and organizational.
Responsibilities
- managing the setup of headquarters workplaces;
- providing camouflage for headquarters workplaces;
- providing engineering protection for headquarters workplaces;
- organizing the guarding of headquarters workplaces against sabotage groups;
- organizing quick and concealed packing up of the command post;
- organizing relocation and redeployment of the command post at a new site to avoid artillery and missile strikes.
Requirements
- experience commanding units or working in the headquarters of combat units;
- experience in command positions, such as company commander or deputy battalion commander, or as a staff officer;
- fluent use of specialized military geographic information systems;
- understanding of how subordinate units operate in the field.
Conditions
- enlistment under contract or through mobilization; those already serving can transfer within the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- medical care provided;
- paid leave once a year;
- social guarantees set by law.
