Head of Classified Documents Group

The head of the classified documentation group is responsible for registering, storing and routing classified documents in the brigade and for compliance with secrecy rules. The work requires meticulousness, accuracy in logbooks and records, and the ability to instruct subordinates.
Responsibilities
- organizing the accounting and registration of incoming, outgoing and internal classified documents, monitoring deadlines for their review and execution;
- checking that people working with classified materials hold the required authorizations and access rights;
- ensuring safe storage of documents, special notebooks, disks and flash drives in safes;
- carrying out quarterly, semiannual and annual checks of classified materials on hand;
- preparing documents for archival storage or for destruction, backed by formal destruction certificates;
- immediately informing management and the Security Service of Ukraine about lost documents or a disclosure of secrets;
- holding classes and briefings for subordinates on observing secrecy rules.
Requirements
- experience in secrecy and security departments and in classified record keeping;
- skills in keeping accounting logbooks, coding documents, taking inventory and archiving;
- confident use of a PC, secure operating systems and specialized electronic document management software;
- knowledge of rules for using cryptographic equipment and protecting information against leaks through technical channels;
- ability to draw up destruction certificates for classified media correctly;
- a training course or professional development in "State Secrets Protection" is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract, through mobilization or by transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform and meals supplied;
- annual paid leave;
- social guarantees under Ukrainian law.
