The head of the group organizes psychological work with personnel: plans and coordinates the group psychologist's activity, monitors the psychological state of units and prepares recommendations for the command. The work calls for experience in crisis support and psychological resilience.
Responsibilities
- planning, directing and coordinating the work of the group psychologist;
- carrying out initial professional psychological selection and studying the individual characteristics of service members;
- assessing morale and the psychological climate in units and identifying people showing signs of fatigue or stress;
- providing emergency psychological help to service members after combat or traumatic events;
- running decompression, rehabilitation and psychological relief activities for personnel;
- analyzing the psychological state of personnel and preparing recommendations for the command;
- keeping records.
Requirements
- experience working with crisis states, psychological rehabilitation or trauma therapy;
- psychological resilience;
- command of modern methods of psychological support and recovery;
- education in psychology is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization for the duration of martial law; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- service members are issued uniform and provided with meals;
- annual leave in line with the law;
- statutory social guarantees.
