Product Manager

The product manager decides what the product needs and why: gathers user needs, sets tasks for the product team and checks whether the solutions work. The role involves constant interaction with developers, users and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- identifying needs and setting tasks for the product team;
- analyzing requests and problems, and the needs, requirements and roles of users and stakeholders;
- conducting interviews, surveys and testing to clarify requests and validate solutions;
- finding and developing solutions based on requests together with the development team;
- holding meetings and keeping the team and stakeholders in sync;
- analyzing logic and UX errors, initiating changes and improving functionality;
- analyzing the market and looking for external solutions.
Requirements
- at least three years as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst with product thinking;
- systems thinking: the ability to turn conversations into diagrams of systems of any complexity, decompose them and prioritize value and risk;
- ability to quickly get to grips with new fields and technical concepts and to speak the language of both users and engineers;
- ability to work both in a team and independently;
- experience in the defense technology sector is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- meals and clothing are supplied;
- annual leave; social guarantees under the law.
