Crew Commander

A Crew Commander is a service member who organizes the work of the crew, assigns tasks, coordinates with other units, and is responsible for logistics planning and proper maintenance of unmanned systems.
Responsibilities
- organizing the work of the crew;
- performing assigned tasks;
- establishing coordination with adjacent units;
- cooperating with the unit’s planning group;
- planning the crew’s logistics;
- ensuring maintenance of the UAV complex;
Requirements
- medical fitness for military service;
- no criminal record;
- citizenship of Ukraine;
- willingness to learn and develop;
- attention to detail and responsibility;
- good communication skills and stress resilience;
- experience in combat conditions and with unmanned systems will be an advantage;
Conditions
- mobilization until the end of the period of martial law or service under a contract;
- transfer of current service members with the consent of their immediate commander;
- financial support in accordance with applicable legislation;
- guaranteed annual main leave of 30 days plus an additional 10 days of leave for family reasons;

- basic general military training for civilian candidates;
