A Bus Driver is a service member responsible for transporting personnel, ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of the bus, and strictly complying with traffic regulations while supporting unit missions.
Responsibilities
- driving a bus;
- operating and maintaining the bus;
- safe driving in accordance with traffic regulations;
- responding appropriately to road conditions and other road users’ behavior.
Requirements
- driver’s license category B (categories C and D are an advantage);
- experience as a category B (C, D) driver is an advantage;
- physical endurance, initiative, discipline, and integrity;
- responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team;
- ability to work in a team;
- willingness to learn and develop.
Conditions
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service;
- possibility of transfer for current service members with commander’s consent;
- eligibility for candidates deemed fit by the military medical board for service in support units, recruitment centers, military educational institutions, or training centers;
- pay starting from 20,000 UAH depending on assigned tasks and duty location;
- provision of clothing and military equipment;
- social protection for service members and their families;
- financial assistance for health improvement and social needs;
- annual leave in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
