A Truck Driver is a service member responsible for transporting cargo and logistical supplies, maintaining the proper technical condition of a truck, and strictly following safety rules and military discipline while performing assigned missions.
Responsibilities
- transporting cargo, ammunition, fuel, and other military equipment;
- conducting regular vehicle inspections and keeping it in working condition;
- knowing the characteristics, design, and specifics of operating the assigned vehicle type;
- maintaining military discipline;
- complying with safety regulations while performing duties.
Requirements
- age 25+;
- driver’s license category C (C1, CE, C1E);
- basic skills to monitor the technical condition of a vehicle;
- preferred skills in performing simple repair work;
- self-discipline and self-control.
Conditions
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract military service;
- possibility of transfer for current service members;
- eligibility for candidates deemed fit by the military medical board for service in support units, recruitment centers, military educational institutions, or training centers;
- pay starting from 20,000 UAH depending on service conditions;
- guaranteed annual leave plus an additional 10 days for family reasons;
- social protection and free medical care in military medical institutions;
- financial assistance for health improvement and social needs;
- benefits, social guarantees, and compensations.
