
Unmanned Systems Platoon Commander

The unmanned systems platoon commander leads a unit of UAV operators: plans missions, assigns them to crews and commands the platoon during execution. Trains and coordinates operators, keeps aircraft and communications equipment ready and reports results to the company commander. This is an officer position with work in combat areas and responsibility for people.
Responsibilities
- commanding the unmanned systems platoon and its combat work;
- planning combat missions and commanding the platoon in action;
- assigning tasks to crews and leading the personnel;
- organizing training and coordination of UAV operators;
- monitoring the readiness of aircraft, communications and other equipment;
- keeping records of completed missions and reporting to the company commander.
Requirements
- higher education;
- experience leading personnel and working with UAVs;
- leadership and communication skills;
- good physical fitness and stamina;
- readiness to carry out tasks in combat areas.
Conditions
- officer position: service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 26,000 to UAH 126,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave plus additional leave;
- statutory benefits and social guarantees.
