The ground robotic systems company commander organises the use of unmanned ground vehicles that deliver supplies and evacuate the wounded where sending people would be too dangerous. Plans missions, directs the company while they are carried out, trains the operators and is responsible for the technical condition of the systems, reporting the results to the command.
Responsibilities
- leading the company and setting tasks for its personnel;
- planning combat missions and directing the company's actions while they are carried out;
- organising the use of ground robotic systems;
- organising operator training and maintaining the company's combat capability;
- monitoring the technical condition and readiness of the systems for use;
- analysing the results of completed missions and reporting to the command.
Requirements
- higher education;
- experience managing personnel;
- experience working with ground robotic systems;
- in-depth technical knowledge of how such systems are employed;
- leadership and communication skills;
- readiness to carry out tasks in a combat zone.
Conditions
- officer position: service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 26,000 to UAH 126,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and additional leave;
- benefits and statutory social guarantees.
