The battalion personnel officer keeps the personnel records of a battalion that operates unmanned systems, electronic warfare equipment and ground robotic systems. This is document-based work, from drafting the unit commander's orders to processing transfers and leave, with constant tracking of how fully the battalion's units are staffed.
Responsibilities
- keeping the battalion's personnel records;
- document support for the unit's day-to-day activities;
- drafting the unit commander's orders on personnel matters;
- analyzing the staffing levels of the units;
- processing appointments, transfers and leave for service members;
- preparing personnel reports and certificates at the command's request.
Requirements
- higher education;
- experience with an electronic document management system;
- ability to work with Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- attention to detail and discipline in handling documents;
- experience in a personnel-related position is an advantage.
Conditions
- officer position; service under contract or through mobilization, transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 26,000 to UAH 126,000;
- uniform and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and additional leave;
- statutory social guarantees and benefits for service members.
