
Civil-Military Cooperation Officer

The civil-military cooperation officer links the brigade with the society around it: maintains contact with local authorities, communities and volunteers, stays in touch with the families of service members and supports the wounded in hospitals. The work involves a great deal of communication, negotiation and keeping records of requests.
Responsibilities
- maintaining cooperation with local authorities, communities and volunteer organizations;
- informing the families of service members and staying in regular contact with them;
- supporting wounded service members in healthcare facilities;
- coordinating and communicating with the families of prisoners of war, the missing and the fallen;
- taking part in planning and running civil-military cooperation events;
- keeping records of requests and preparing documents for the group's area of work.
Requirements
- knowledge of the basics of international humanitarian law;
- understanding of the principles of civil-military cooperation;
- strong communication and negotiation skills;
- experience working with large groups of people;
- a law degree is an advantage.
Conditions
- officer position; service under contract or through mobilization, transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 26,000 to UAH 126,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave, additional leave and statutory benefits;
- statutory social guarantees.
