Civil-Military Cooperation Officer

The civil-military cooperation officer is the link between an unmanned systems brigade and the local population in the area of operations: negotiates with authorities and communities, coordinates humanitarian aid and keeps track of the humanitarian situation. The work involves constant negotiation, field trips and reporting on the group's activities.
Responsibilities
- organising cooperation between the brigade's units and local authorities and communities;
- coordinating humanitarian initiatives and aid to the population in the area of responsibility;
- collecting and analysing information on the humanitarian situation in the area of operations;
- communicating with Ukrainian and international humanitarian organisations;
- helping to restore infrastructure and support local communities;
- planning and carrying out civil-military cooperation activities;
- preparing reports and information materials on the group's work.
Requirements
- higher education in management, international relations, sociology or law;
- strong communication, negotiation and public speaking skills;
- good organisation, initiative and resilience under stress;
- experience in public administration, humanitarian organisations or civil-military cooperation units is an advantage;
- working knowledge of English is an advantage.
Conditions
- officer position: service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, gear and the necessary equipment provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees;
- officer training where needed, professional development and specialised courses.
