Non-Combat Roles20 000-50 000 UAHLogistics / Transport
The driver transports the unit's personnel, equipment and supplies to where tasks are carried out: drives on paved roads, dirt tracks and off-road, plans the route and navigates the terrain. Keeps an eye on the vehicle's technical condition, services it daily and fixes minor faults on the road. Whether crews reach their positions on time depends on this work.
Responsibilities
- transporting personnel, equipment and supplies to task locations;
- driving safely on paved roads, dirt tracks and off-road;
- planning routes and navigating the terrain;
- monitoring the vehicle's technical condition;
- servicing the vehicle daily and fixing minor faults;
- following road traffic rules, military instructions and safety rules.
Requirements
- valid category B or C driving licence, category CE is an advantage;
- experience driving in difficult road conditions is an advantage;
- mechanical aptitude and the ability to fix minor faults;
- responsibility, attentiveness and stamina.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided, insurance and free medical treatment;
- annual paid leave and additional leave for family reasons.
