Tractor Operator

The tractor operator carries out the unit's engineering and logistics tasks using tractor equipment and is responsible for its condition: performs daily maintenance and minor repairs and keeps the machines ready for work. Keeps technical records and reports on completed tasks. The work is mostly in the field, under the commander's direction, following safety rules.
Responsibilities
- carrying out engineering and logistics tasks with tractor equipment;
- operating tractors daily and keeping them in working order;
- performing maintenance and minor repairs;
- following safety and road traffic rules when driving;
- keeping technical records on tractor operation;
- preparing reports on completed work.
Requirements
- experience operating and maintaining tractors;
- tractor operator licence (Ukrainian categories A1 or A2);
- attention to detail and good organization;
- ability to work as part of a team;
- prior military service is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
