UAV Write-Off Records Clerk

The UAV write-off records clerk keeps records and prepares source documents for writing off property: certificates, delivery notes and registers. Tracks document processing deadlines, prepares reports and archives materials. This is office-type work with electronic databases, in coordination with other units.
Responsibilities
- keeping records and preparing source documents: certificates, delivery notes, registers;
- monitoring the write-off of lost property;
- preparing reports and analytical materials;
- working with electronic databases and specialized software;
- monitoring deadlines for processing and completing documents, archiving and storing them as required;
- coordinating with other units to keep logistics processes effective.
Requirements
- analytical thinking and attentiveness;
- confident use of a PC and office software: Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables), Word;
- understanding of accounting basics and the principles of double-entry bookkeeping;
- knowledge of the Armed Forces of Ukraine regulations on military property accounting and related documents.
Conditions
- contract service or mobilization for the duration of martial law; transfer for serving personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 50,000;
- uniform, personal protective equipment and meals provided;
- mostly office-based work;
- official leave of at least 15 days;
- access to the unit's psychologists.
