
CIMIC officer
A CIMIC officer is responsible for organizing and coordinating civil-military interaction activities within a unit. The role includes supporting service members during treatment and recovery processes, assisting families, and coordinating with civil and military institutions. The primary focus is proper communication, effective support, and compliance with established procedures.
Responsibilities
- Supporting service members during treatment, rehabilitation, and recovery;
- Assisting families of fallen, missing, or captured personnel;
- Coordinating with law enforcement, military bodies, and experts;
- Maintaining records and preparing reports;
- Assisting in organizing recognition and award activities;
- Following confidentiality and service procedures.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

- Ability to work with documentation and reporting;
- Organizational skills and stress resilience;
- Willingness to learn and follow established standards.
