The graphic designer creates visuals for the brigade's social media, presentations and printed materials and maintains a consistent visual style across all channels. The work is done within the communications team: adapting platform formats to military subject matter, combining visuals and text into coherent materials, moderating comments and engaging with the audience.
Responsibilities
- designing graphics for social media, presentations and infographics;
- developing visual solutions for booklets, brochures and posters;
- preparing content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok formats;
- combining visuals and text into coherent, emotionally precise materials;
- adapting current social media trends to military subject matter;
- moderating comments and messages and engaging with the audience;
- keeping to the brigade's unified style and communication logic.
Requirements
- at least 2 years of social media experience and hands-on graphic design experience;
- proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Figma and Meta Business Suite;
- understanding of visual storytelling and adapting content to platforms;
- copywriting skills: writing concisely, precisely and with emotional impact;
- fluent Ukrainian and working-level English;
- understanding of the sensitivity of military topics and of publishing restrictions;
- experience in motion design or illustration is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, subject to the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided in full;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
