Public Procurement Specialist

The public procurement specialist supplies the unit with what it needs through lawful procurement procedures. The specialist draws up the annual plan, selects the procedure, runs purchases of goods, works and services in the electronic procurement system, keeps the paperwork in order and deals with oversight bodies. This is office work with documents and firm deadlines.
Responsibilities
- drawing up the annual procurement plan in the electronic procurement system;
- selecting the procurement procedure in accordance with current legislation;
- running public and defence procurement of goods, works and services for the unit;
- drafting, approving and storing procurement documentation;
- publishing the required information in the electronic procurement system;
- dealing with oversight bodies in the field of public and defence procurement.
Requirements
- knowledge of public and defence procurement legislation;
- confident use of the electronic procurement system;
- ability to prepare tender documentation and draft contracts;
- attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents;
- responsibility and the ability to meet set deadlines.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already in military service;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- housing and meals provided, full material support;
- travel to the unit's location is arranged;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
